Currently mandated by a Latvian investors, our mission consists in defining and selecting, amongst the international brands, a suitable operator for a management venture opportunities, in a budget two - three star hotel property, part of a hotel estate project in the city of Riga, in Latvia - Baltic States.

Baltzund Hotel - Riga

will be developed in the central area of the booming city of Riga. The development proposal is for a mixed-use development consisting of hotel, and conference space implemented in several different buildings destinated for a different category or brand.

We are currently running an evaluation process on potential management options and would appreciate to gather general information’s and proposals related to operating schemas management and co-owning scenarios that could be applicable to a partnership between the investors and on International Hotel brand.
