« Les Chaumes » is a very luxurious and comfortable villa, ideally located at Trou d’eau Douce, on the East Coast. It is surrounded by 2.5 Acres of tropical park and therefore very private. The views from the main room and the verandah are absolutely gorgeous.

The villa is located on the sea, but there is no swim or beach. However, 2mn by foot, you have access to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. There is also a superb swimming pool (16 m x 5 m) with Pool House, which boasts an equipped kitchen, bathroom and a sitting room.

Next to the main house, there is a small bungalow with a laundry room, and double garage on the ground floor and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (Honey Moon suite) on the first floor. In the back yard, there is a second bungalow with a small double bedroom, a small sitting room and a small kitchen, but no bathroom.
